  1. Champion and leverage on data analytics to serve members better

  2. Zero in on member profiling for enhanced service delivery based on needs

  3. Build on the current platforms of virtual & online CPD service delivery.

  4. Collaborate with like-minded institutions to provide dynamic tech solutions that will support our Institute’s mandate. 

  5. Leverage on technology to enhance member feedback for informed decisions that address specific members’ interests.

N - NETWORKING & MENTORSHIP FOR YOUNG ACCOUNTING PROFESSIONALS

  1. Work with the Institute to develop forums that will bring together our experienced professionals and the young accountants for mentorship, coaching and networking.

I - INFLUENCE POLICY SETTING AT THE NATIONAL LEVEL FOR STRATEGIC POSITIONING OF THE PROFESSION.

  1. Advocacy: deliberately caucus with the national leaders in key offices to positively influence decisions at the political, economic and social levels.

  2. Be at the forefront in contributing towards various legislative policies that will build professionalism and governance for better economic growth while strategically positioning the accountancy profession.

  3. Underpin the relationship between ICPAK and industry players both in Public and Private Sector for influence in national policy setting.

T - TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY THROUGH MEMBER INVOLVEMENT AND PARTICIPATION

  1. Actively inspire and call for members public participation towards key ICPAK strategic initiatives and decisions that impact members.  

  2. Focus on continuous relevant communication and stakeholder engagement.

  3. Being transparent and accountable when handling all the affairs of the Institute to uphold our image and values as ICPAK.

E - ENHANCED MEMBER EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE DELIVERY

  1. Focus on efficient and effective delivery of member services while leveraging on technology through consistent communication by the Secretariat.

  2. Leverage on technology to offer practicing members mandatory trainings at affordable rates to reduce the cost of compliance.

  3. Review ICPAK policies to ensure relevant trainings offered by other professional associations and respective employers are adequately recognised and awarded sufficient CPDs.

  4. Reinforce implementation of the ICPAK MLWD  policy to ensure our members living with disabilities are accommodated in the services provided. 

  5. Highlight and promote impactful value-added services to the members 

  6. Continue liaising with both National and County governments to enhance professionalism by providing specific employment opportunities to ICPAK members.
